These terms govern your use of the Mallorca Car Deals website at https://mallorcacardeals.com (the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Operator

2. What the Website does

Mallorca Car Deals is an independent discovery and information website. It helps you find car rental providers and rental locations in Mallorca and learn about renting a car on the island.

We are not a car rental company. We do not own or rent out vehicles, we do not take bookings or payments on the Website, and we are not a party to any rental contract. If you decide to rent a car, the contract is concluded exclusively between you and the rental provider, under the provider's terms and conditions, prices and policies.

3. Affiliate links and commissions

Some links on the Website may be affiliate links. If you click such a link and then make a booking with the provider or partner, we may receive a commission. This normally does not increase the price you pay. We state this so that you can take it into account when using the Website.

The presence of a provider on the Website, its position in lists or any wording we use does not mean that we recommend, endorse or guarantee that provider. Our guides are general information and are not tailored advice.

4. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on the Website useful and up to date. However, details such as opening hours, locations, vehicle types, prices, availability, fuel policies, deposits, insurance and other rental conditions are set by the providers and can change at any time. The information on the Website may be incomplete, out of date or contain errors.

Always check the current details and conditions directly with the rental provider before you book or travel. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or suitable for your particular needs.

The Website contains links to third-party websites, including rental providers and map services such as OpenStreetMap. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and, for consumers, rights granted by mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes to the Website and to these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Website or parts of it at any time. We may also update these terms. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live. For disputes with parties who are not consumers, the courts of Palma de Mallorca have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
